Question

this probably isn't the right threads but those pictures inspired me.....

Adding the Rancho 4" suspension kit....

What affect does that have on the mounting of the Westin Nerf bars or the Manik Brush guard.

Both mount directly to the frame... So I am sure there will be no attachment issues.

I am just concerned with the aesthetic nature of the Grille Guard. Will the symmetry be maintained?? or will special brackets have to be made......

Not too concerned with the functionality of the nerf bars.. I got those for looks. I will just have to start dating taller women......

Wink

I would just like to pass on some info to the guys with 3" body lifts that are looking to put on some 35" tires. Instead of paying $199 for BFG AT/Ko's, (which are great tires by the way) Mickey Thompson make a MTX Radial in a 315/75R16 that does very well on the road, and that sells for $149.99. Thought I'd just toss that in....

Sweet looking truck. I like the blue and silver together. Tires look sweet. BFG's are the best!

Besides the Mickey's there are the Generals with a price under $130.00 for a 35 incher. Good low prices for both and there may be others.

For many years I rode on BFG's on another truck I owned. That was enough to keep me looking for these BFG's that I just got early this week, at $167 each. They are great. Of course shipping is another story.
