Question 2000 Lariat 4x4 Ext Cab Flareside with 4" Susp Lift

I am going to get a 4" susp. lift on my 2000 F-150 Lariat 4x4 Ext Cab flareside. What size tire/wheel combination can I go with? I prefer All-Terrains...maybe...open for suggestions. Thanks.

I don't care what any one else says.....I would get Trailmaster again in a minute. But I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of them. I had BFG 35" Mud T/A's and thought they were great. I'm sure the A/T's are just as good if not better. Put some Weld (your choice, they are all nice) 16x10's or 16.5x9.75 and you can't go wrong!

Anyone like Ground Hawgs?
How high and what combo should I go to fit 35-36's under my 150?

Lariat...what do you want again? You said you prefer an all-terrain, and then go and ask about Ground Hawgs? Those things are as rugged as off-road tires come! lol For what you said you wanted a 35-36" tire combo, then a 4" susp will cover a 35x12.50 just fine....But....if you want pretty much anything bigger, (i.e. 36x14.50 which Ground Hawg does make in a radial) then adding a 3" body lift is almost necessary. Unless, Superlift advertises their project F-150 for their lift kits having the 5" susp lift with 36x14.50's on 16" rims. Go check it out on their website.

I am not sure about everyones but my new truck (2000 f150 sc 4x4 orp) came with 17"
tires & wheels and i have not found a good
assortment of mid size tires for this.
Mid size= 275 - 285.
