What other model years will fit a 2003?

What other model years will fit a 2003?
I am looking at purchasing a new set of Bridgestone Blizzak Winter Dueler DM-Z2 winter tires for my 2003. I would like to purchase some used rims to mount these on.
Does anyone know what other model years will fit the 2003 in a 16" x 7" rim?
I noticed in another thread that Ford changed the stud diameter from 12mm to 14 mm in 1999. Does this mean that only 2001, 2002 and 2003's will fit?
