285/75 tires are 32.8/11.4 and yes they will fit on your stock rims. There will be no rubbing especially with the 3" body lift. They fit with no rubbing on stock trucks. You can go with a bigger rim if you want, but it isn't necessary.

Acctually, I had the 285/75r16 put on yesterday at Discount tire. The guy there waas really cool with me. They put on one tire first and rotated the steering wheel to see if there was going to be any problems. On my 2000 4.2 V6 there was an electrical line that ran on the frame close to where the tires might touch. He showed me and then moved the electrical line up to the top of the frame rail. This worked but when I drove home, I made a hard left turn and the tire rubed the frame a little, nothing too bad but it's not great. Today I think I will get a 1" coil spring spacer. So your body lift helps you pack bigger tires but they still rub the frame with the stock rims. I would suggest either getting new rims, 16x8 with zero offset, the distance from the center of the wheel to truck mount, or get a 1" coil spring spacer from pep boys, they are like $50. Only problem with the pep boys spacer is that it is rubber and won't last more than a year. You can get better ones from Daystar or AIM. Hope this helps.
