Its been awhile since I've torn into a D44TTB, but they should just be a larger version of my D28ttb or my 2wd ttb Ranger. Anyhow when you look at the top and bottom of the caliper there are 2 expansion pins. Its 2 half moon shaped pieces of metal expanded with rubber. Just use a pliers to compress them together and then use a punch and a hammer to drive them out. Just make sure you hit the punch on the metal and not on the rubber. Over time the rubber rots and the clips are shot. Usually if you buy new calipers they come with it, but you should be able to pick up just the clips.
