Factory tire size

What is the factory tire sixe for a 1997 F-150 extended cab 4X2? It appears that my truck has larger tires than what it came with and I am ready to replace them.

They could have been 235/70/16, 255/70/16, or 265/70/17. Look on your door jamb sitcker it should say what size it originally came with stock.
