Question Actual tire height

I was wondering if someone could tell me the actual height of a few tire sizes. I currently have the puny 255/70/16's.I was wondering the difference between 265's,285's,and 305's all being /75/16. Any help would be much appreciated.

255/70/16 = 10.04" Wide/30.06" tall
265/75/16 = 10.43" Wide/31.65" tall
285/75/16 = 11.22" Wide/32.83" tall
295/75/16 = 11.61" Wide/33.42" tall
305/70/16 = 12.01" Wide/32.81" tall
[305/75/16 (do they make this size?)= 12.01" Wide/34.01" tall ]

Almost all of the tire manufactuers have the height of all their tires listed on their websites also. And some have info on how tall and wide they would be with the weight of the truck on them also. Good luck.

Thanks guys! I'm just looking for a more aggressive looking tire, with a little extra height.
