What Size Wheel??

Looking to upgrade my stock wheels and tires on my 2003 4x4 Screw. I have the stock 16" wheels on them now, want 17" wheels and the widest and biggest tire I can get underneath it w/out lifting it.

Should I go with a 17x8 or 17x10 wheel and what size tire can I get to fit without a lift or cutting. I will tighten torsion bar in front to get even with back.

Thanks for any help.

I like the following rims- weld Scorpio V 56 style wheels

If you know a place I can get these rims for cheaper, please post also!!

Just need a tough size tire that rides comfortably and is quiet.

Thanks for any help!!

I would go with a 17x10 and a 33x12.50-17. If you go with a 10 inch wide rim, you will have to crank up the torsion bars and trim a little plastic off the front bumper's lower plastic valance. If you go with a 17x8, you may or may not have to crank and trim.

If you do go with 17x10s I do believe some trimming will be involved.

I'd probably go with the 285/75/16s.
