How low can I go? (air pressure)
I have a '98 SCab 4x4 with 265/75R16's on stock alloy wheels. The only flat place to service my truck around my house is in the garage. Problem is, my truck is about 1 or 2 inches too tall to make it past the garage door.
So how low can I drop the air pressure in the tires before they pop off the wheels? This is just to drive about 20 feet forwards, service, then drive 20 feet backwards.

I don't think the tires are going to "pop" off the wheels so to speak. Whenever at the tire store waiting for new tires to be mounted, you can always see at least 1 car driving in totally flat. The tires will stay on the wheels, problem is, major wheel damage! Big problem is you've got aftermarket rims that cost 1,600 a set .
One time I had a huge nail and by the time I got to Discount Tire Co. and waited an hour for my turn the tire was totally flat. The guy wanted to drive it flat into the service bay so I promptly replied "Uh.. NO!" "Pump it back up full of air first."
