new 2004 light duty extended cab xlt F-150 with OEM 235/75x17 Hankook tires.. 17x7.5 stock chrome wheels. What size and model tire can I get to get a "fatter" look - probably 265/?x17. I want top savety, quiet, smooth ride? I do not go off road, and I will have separate snow tires. THANKS!

 

265/65R17 is only 1% different in overall diameter and should look much better than the OEM size.

Do you wnat a sport/street tire or an all terrain tire?

 

Thanks APT/ I'd like a street or "all weather" tire. Quiet. Long wearing. Smooth. Super safe at extended 75 mph cruise in hot weather.
