29.95" to 30.45" on 2004 F-150

I am going from 235 70r17's to 295 45r20's on my new 04. The total diameter only increased from 29.95 to 30.45. What kind of power loss can I expect and what is the typical weight increase?

I understand only a 1/2" isnt alot. But, I wonder what the weight difference is? My current tires/rims weigh roughly 60lbs a piece.

Any idea?
