Stainless steel braided brake lines

Can the stainless steel lines from a lightning work with my truck if they are the same year or can i use the 4x4 setup? Im just trying to set up getting slotted rotors, stainless brake lines, and EBC green stuff brake pads. Im not sure yet and I found this website offering kits :

Or do you suggest saving my money and get a Big brake upgrade i.e. stoptech?http://www.stoptech.com/cgi/Products.cgi

Please advise
