Best rotor and pad setup

My rear pads need replacement BAD and I'm wondering what the best replacement pads would be. Should I go with ceramic? Would it be better to turn the rotors or to buy Brembo OEM rotors? By the way, I have rear disc brakes. Any opinions are welcome.

Take a look at the BruteStop rotors. Power Slot also makes what looks to be a good product. Ceramic pads are also a good choice.

it is never advised to turn a single vane rotor. and its thin enough already anyways. i would replace rear rotors and ceramic pads are nice. they are not the cheapest but then again i dont like to put cheap brake parts on my truck.
