Best Heritage 4x2 tire size, may lift later
Ok, I've searched, but want new, fresh info.
I have a new 2004 Heritage 4x2 ext cab. The one thing I forget to specify when I had my credit union find it for me was tire size, so I wound up with 235's.
I want to go to a bigger tire, but will not be lifting anytime soon ($$), but a 3-3.5" spindle lift and 2" block in rear are in my mind for later.
What size can I go with that won't rub now, and won't look stupid when lifted?
I'm thinking of 275/75/16, does anyone have pics of 4x2's with this size tire, either stock or with a 3" spindle lift (don't wanna see body lifts)?

I've never seen a 275/75-16 tire. I know I have seen people running 285/75-16's (33x11.50) on stock 4x2's with the stock rims and 8 inch wide aftermarket wheels. The wheelwells look really stuffed with the 285's, but this may be your best choice since you are planning on lifting your truck.
