Some advice please on 315's (35's)

I just put this thread in the Off-Road section as well, but what the heck../////Hi, new to the site....Just bought an '02 F150 Reg Cab 4.6 4x4. Not my first 4x4, and I am an avid off-roader. My question is this... It will be a long while before I could get any suspension on this thing. So for now I am thinking of some add-a-leafs and crank the T-Bars + a 3" Body. Will this net me some 315's? If it can I was thinking of doing that and then hooking up a gear and selectable locker package. Looks like they would fit with all that, but not sure. Thanks for the help guys,
John

If you mount them on 8" wheels then it will fit better than 10" wheels. With 8s you may or may not need to trim the fenders to make them clear when turning. With 10s more than likely you'll have to trim. I have run 35s on both 8 and 10" wheels on my 97 (same as your 02) with a 3" body lift. If I was to do it over again I'd go with 8s instead of 10s.

Yeah, 35's will fit with just a 3 inch lift. The wider wheel you run, the more you will have to trim.
