need advice

I'm currently running 31x10.5x15 on my 96 f150 with no modifications.I want to make the truck look a bit bigger, maybe wider but don't have much idea about tire or wheel sizes here as i just moved from England.Iwould love to hear how this would be possible but i'd also like to keep the price sensible.Thank you.

tire/wheel or both

Welcome to the U.S. You may be able to go as big as a 33/12.50/15's, the next size up, but I'm pretty sure you will need to at least go with a front leveling kit. This is fairly inepensive, $200.00 to $300.00. It all depends on if you want to stick with stock wheels or go with bigger wheels which will obviousely double your cost. Go to the 04 f150 section and search out Wandell, he knows his stuff and could tell you everything you need to know. It all depends on backspacing of stock rims/aftermarket rims, tire size, 4by4 or 2by4, and tire size. Once you go above a 33/12.50/15 you usually have to have spent about $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 on suspension modifcations. You will also start to run into gearing upgrades as you will start to lose power output the bigger tire you go with.
