Air pressure on my new rims and tires
Now that I'm ready to put 16X10 rims with 305/70/16 tires on my 4X4, I wonder how far down I can air when driving on the beach. The beaches I fish from (Hatteras, NC) are very soft. I went down to 20psi on my stock rims and tires.
The one concern I have is the 305/70s from Nitto are made for rims no bigger than 9.5 inches. That's a 1/2" bigger stretch than recommended by the factory. Is this gonna effect how much I air down?
