white elephant,
All f150/expedition wheels up to '03 are the same except for diameter and there are two different wheel stud sizes. I am not sure which is which and when the change was made, so I will let one of the experts fill you in. I do know that it costs about $20 per wheel to ship stock wheels via UPS ground. I know because I have sold some on Ebay. I am also about to sell a set of eagle 17" cast aluminum wheels on ebay. I hope to have them listed by Monday.

Should mention, its not wheels up to 03 that will fit. Its wheels from 97-03 from F150s and 97-02 for the Expeditions that will fit.
As for that $60/wheel shipping charge thats about right for the cost. Remember you're shipping some HEAVY items, of course they're going to have to come freight. It might be less if the tires/wheels were separated, but by the time you add 2 shipping costs and mounting and balancing them when you get them you're back up to close to the same cost. If you want them you're going to have to pay.
