I have a 2001 supercrew 4x4. I'm getting a creak creak creak noise from the front left wheel when stopping. The noise starts at around 20 mph. There is no vibration or pulling and the pedal feels fine. I thought it was just bad brakes so I had new rotors (needed them anyway) and pads installed. Right after the brake job the noise was gone and then came back about 100 miles later. Any help would greatly appreciated.

 

wheal bearing's.....??? did you install new ones, or use your old ones?, maybe they need to be repacked...maybe the caliper is binding on the rotor...
