Would 20" Rims look funny on a 98 f150 4x4 ext., with like some geolanders, or something else that is all-season?

They will look fine if you go with a 33 inch all terrian tire, or lower it and go with a street style tire.

What kind of all terrain tires would you recomend?, I dont really want to lower it since it is a 4x4, But I really do like the big rims on trucks. like a 285/60/R20? would be a 33"?

The BFG AT KO is available in a 33 inch size. It's 285 something. The Nitto Tera Grappler and Toyo Open Country AT are both available in 305/55-20 which is a 33x12.50-20.
