Question wheels locking up

It looks like the back wheels are locked up. Driving backwards is hard and driving forward produces a loud squealing noises. Do the brakes locking up the fault? I have to replace my hubcaps, kindly recommend one that sells it with a good deal, my pickup is a 99 model. Thanks in advance!

if you're trying to complain about squealing tires, these are usually because of improper tire pressure. knowing this, you should either adjust the tire pressure or the check the alignment. Hubcaps for your 99.

are your breaks locking up in the rear only during light breaking and do you hear a ticking sound that seems to be comming from the dash in front of you????? If so crack your rear diff cover and inspect the teeth on the little thin ring on the left side of the ring gear. the ABS sensor detects the teeth on this ring. if there are any teeth missing from that ring, it will mislead the ABS system to beleiving that there is a lock up condition causing the breaks to grab and make a sickening noise causing the tires to squeal or chirp.
