well I guess seein is believein. looks great. well I guess it is off to try to purchase again. I don't know how to get some if everyone I try to buy from says thay don't fit. ur the first I have seen that has them. in 17's. can you get a pic of a close up of the tire size on the rubber so I can show these tire dealers they do fit if I show them the pic you got now they could just say those are 18's. I would greatly appreciate it. thanks.

 

sorry to get off the subject but is that a street scene grill you got? I have been thinking of getting that same grill in black chrome for my truck. looks nice.

well I put in an order from the cheapest place I could find on the net. so we will see if monday I get a email from them saying they don't fit. I am getting black ones. I found them for only 98 bucks a piece. I think that is a great price. now hopefully they will ship. can't wait. thanks again for the pics texaggie hopefuly I dont need them to prove they do fit.

 

texaggie,when you get a chance i would like to know how tall those tires measure with a tape.They look a bit taller than my bf 85's.I've been thinking hard on a set of those nittos on my stock wheels.

 

Hey texaggie, how long is your bed on your XLT? Just curious, because it looks really long in the pic.

They are pretty much right at 33". The nitto website says they are actually 33.19 in.
I have the 6.5 ft bed

 

well I got an email today saying they don't fit. so I gave them a link to this thread. and asked them to double check with helo. hopefully I will be getting me some soon. they said the 17X9 would fit but I have been told by many they won't. untill I seen this thread I didn't think the 17X8 would fit either. now I don't know what to think. but at least I have now see pics of them on. hay texaggie did you ever get that closeup of the tire size? I just wanted to make sure I had proof before I went and said I know for a fact they fit. thanks jason.

 

I'll get the closeup wednesday. At my truck shop I went in asking for the 17x9 Maxx 6 and he called the Helo dealer and they told him that wheel would not fit on my truck because they are reverse mount wheels. He said that the redesigned 17x8 would fit. Anyway, I'll zoom in on the size for you tomorrow. Good luck!
