Brake Dust Shields
Hey all, I have found myself looking for a set of brake dust shields for my '05 F150, and all the websites I have found (KleenWheels, etc.) don't carry them for this make/model. Anyone know where I can get some? I'm out there every 4 or 5 days scrubbing my rims, and it's a pain in the ****. I have the stock 5-spoke FX4 alloys, 18".

Brake dust shields are great, if you like doing your brakes often. Even the "turbo vented" one retain large amounts of heat within the brake system, causing warped and glazed rotors, glazed pads, and brake system nightmares. SUre, every once in a while one works without a hitch, but it isn't worth the chance if you just clean your wheels weekly

Heres the link the ebay site that I got mine from. This guy carries all of them, you just need to contact him. $24.95 a set. I bought 2 (front and rear) and it was only $60 total including shipping to my front door. Took about 3 days, great seller.
good luck,
Mike
