Last thing from stopping me
Ok so i definetly want to go with the 285/75/16 on 16x10 rims on my '03 4x4 xlt screw 5.4L with the 3.55's
1) will these bigger tires slow me down all that much because i do have the k&n fipk and dual flowmaster exhuast and plan on doing throttle body shortly.
2) will my speedometer or any other component be affected and will i have to get anything adjusted
3) will the ride/handling/cornering be affect as well
if these things do affect the ride and other things in anyway, im probably just gonna go for 265/75/16 on my stock rims because i love those rims, and ill just do that and wait for the rims/tires when i do the lift kit in the near future.
so just some feedback and advice will help
p.s. my tires are in great shape now but im just retarded for not getting all terrain tires last year when i needed new tires, so should i save my money and wait even longer? cuz these tires are great in the winter anyways

I went from 255/70-16's to 285/75-16's. I didn't notice a difference in the way the truck performed as far as accelleration or braking. I did notice that handling was improved, probably because the stock Generals were such a cheap tire. My speedometer is now off 5 mph at 60 mph and I have never corrected it.
