22'' Wheel and Tire

On a lowered(2'' front, 4'' rear) 05 f150, what tire width and offset should i go with to make a wheel tuck or at least sit even with the fender. With the widened suspension, there's only like 2.5 inches between the mount pad and the edge of the fender. I've got 22X9.5 Pinnacle Gitanas now with a +30 offset with 305/40 r22 and they stick out about an inch an a half. The way I figured I new wheels would need a 22X8.5 or 9 with +38 to +45 offset and a 265/40 r22 tire to tuck or sit even. I know it can be done because I've seen a million of them in magazines on bags. If anyone has anyone specs, info, or pics that may help, I would be greatly appreciative.
