20 in wheels and tires question

I have a 2005 FX4 supercrew. I want to go with 20 in. rims. What rim width should I go with and what tire size? I have a boat that I will be towing about 10 times a year, other that that mostly highway driving. I would like to go with an off road look.

I have the American Racing "Motto" series rims. 20x8.5
That with the Toyo Open Country A/T tires at 305.55.20
That combo, IMO, gives me a nice looking, handling combo that is very close to the stock height so new gears aren't necessary. Stock were 32.1 height x 7"width and this combo is 33x 8.5. I think I have the numbers right.

The "MTs" are more of a "Off Road" look than the A/Ts, but they were a little aggressive looking for me.

I'm running Boss 301's that are 8.5 wide 4/5 offset I believe and Hankook tires275/45R20's. I think the rims are American Eagle rims.

all up to you mine are 20x8.5" with 285/50/20 goodyear rubber (street tire) check out my gallery for pictures. most of the guys with offroad tires here are running either 285's or 305's... boat should be fine if you get the right load rating
