Either will look great. Personally, I'd go with 22's or 24's because tire and wheel selection is more limited with 23's.

A local guys has a set of Kumho ECSTA STX 305/40/22 on Falkens for $2150. They are new in the box. He said he bought them for his 03 Expy. Will they fit my 04 F150..... same bolt pattern? Is that a good price?

I say shop around. I got my wheels and tires for 1899.00. My tires are 305/45's though. Definately go with a 45 tire the 40 tires look too small on these trucks. Trust me, this is coming from a guy who's only owned cars my whole life. With cars you always want the lowest profile you can get but on these trucks 45's are perfect.

I am fairly certain that the 2003 Expy's had the 6 lug pattern that the LT's and '04+ F-150's have. As the seller if they are 6 lug, and if he says yes, then they are the right pattern if they fit on an expy. That sounds like a pretty good price if the rims are the pattern you are looking for. I settled for a set that I wasn't 100% satisfied with on the appearance, but the price was right at $2200 for rims and tires, so I went with them. Anything under $2500 for 22" rims and tires is a good deal.

Here is what my 22's look like...

Either 22's or 23's will look good. I got my 22's brand new w/305/40/22 tires for $1640.98 but I work for a Ford Dealership and I get the hook up on wheels and tires. Check my gallary if you wanna see pics.
