Abs Light Comes On

Abs Light Comes On
This one is not F150 related, but if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be helpful.
The first aid squad I belong to has a 1995 E350 Vanbulance. it has a battery switch that kills all the power to the vehicle. when we start the truck the ABS light is off and after driving it it comes on steady.
we took it to our local ford dealer for service and asked them to try to figure it out, they found no problems.
Could the battery kill switch clear the ABS computer when it is powered off?
if so is this why they cannot find any issues.
Thanks
