Will they fit?

First post and obviously its because I need some advice. I have an '05 Supercrew 4x4. I'm looking at 20x10 wheels with 4 1/2" backspacing and want to put on 305/50/R20 tires and I need to know whether they will fit or not at stock height? I know the 285's will fit, but I want the width of the 305. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The tires will easilly fit, with the right wheel. However, I don't think that wheel will work too well. It's gonna stick out 3 1/2 inches farther than the OEM wheel. If you can find an 9 to 10 inch wide wheel with around 5 1/2 inches of backspacing, the tires will fit and look much better.

How about a 20x10 w/ 6" of backspacing and a 305/50/R20? I just want to make sure I'm not going to rub on the inside somewhere and go too far in. Will the fitment be where it needs to be?

That sounds more like it. I'm not sure how much the new Expy's have in common with the new F-150's, but the OEM wheels are the same specs. I am running 305/45-22's on a 22x9.5 inch wheel with 6.7 inches of backspacing. My tires are basically a 33x12.50 while the size you are looking at are a 32x12.50. One of my tires does touch my antisway bar at full steering lock. I never noticed it while driving, but while doing an oil change I saw where it had rubbed the paint off the antisway bar.

Thanks again Wandell. I actually typo'd and it is a 20x 8.5 w/ 6" of backspace. But, from what it sounds like, it should be fine. Thanks again.
