Will these fit on a stock 2004 F-150 4x4 Supercrew with out any mods?
I have purchased a 2 inch "auto spring" leveling kit, but can't get it installed before the tires are on. Will there be any rubbing?

They will fit (on a 4x4).
Youll probably need the leveling kit installed before theyll fit properly on a 4x2.
