I was thinking of doing the same thing, but then I decided against it. Because I was afraid that the tire would look too narrow. I ended up getting 18X9's with 325/60/18's, and a 2" leveling kit to go with it.

A 275 on a 9 inch wheel will look fine.

I should have mentioned that this would be only for a few months, till I can come up with the cash for tires. I have enough to by wheels, and get my leveling kit, right now (or at least in the next few weeks). I was just wondering if I should go ahead and have my rims put on with my stock tires, or if I should just wait a few more months?

Personally, I would just wait until you get your new tires. I know that it may be hard, but the fewer times that you have tires mounted and dismounted on your new rims the better. IMO, since some tire dealer can be a little rough on rims....
