Brake rotors

My 2001 F150 4x4 has about 57,000 miles on it. I replaced the front pads at 25,000 miles. I am going to replace them again soon. The rotors were in excellent shape at the last pad change and visually look good now. I will be measuring the thickness when I remove the pads. If they are within specs is there any reason to replace them? I always sand any glazing off the rotors before reinstalling them. Another thread said to use blue loctite on the caliper bolts. I have always used anti-seize on the caliper bolts, which is correct?

If the rotors check out, no need to replace. I always use anti-seize. Opinions on the anti seize, and loctite will differ.
