I have 2 Qs

Ok I have stock 03 f150 fx4, will 295/70/17 toyo open country mt fit without body lift, other than the torsion bar cranked? Second, or how about 285/75/17 bfgoodrich mt fit with just the torsion bar cranked?

285/70/17 (not 285/75/17) will fit on a 4x4 with no mods at all, completely stock, thats what I've got. 295/70/17 will fit on a 4x4 but torsion bars need to be cranked a bit from what I have heard or trim the valence, but they don't make that size in a open country mt the Nitto TG are the only ones in that size.

Nope, no 295/70/17 in the Open Country MT http://www.toyo.com/tires/tire_specsheet.cfm?id=17

And the 285/75/16 (33x11.50) is basically the same size tire as a 70/17 just different rims size, are you getting new rims?

The 285/75R16 or 285/70R17 will fit without any modifications at all.
295's might require you to crank the torsion bar or trim some valence.

interesting, I do like those rims a lot, but you can't run 285/75/16's on those which I am sure you know, and those Open Country MT's are sweet, I was just going off the Toyo website on tire sizes..

If you click on the tire picture on that onlinetires.com link it will take you to the Toyo specs sheet straight from the Toyo website, the Toyo website seems to be down, when you get those rims and the tires on be sure to post some pics!!
