Have a 2002 FX4 Screw with the torsion bars cranked......
Have 20 inch wheels coming but I am stuck as far as tires go........

2 choices:

1.) Goodyear P275/60R-20
2.) Goodyear P275/55-20

any ideas?
Something else?

33" vs. 32" tires. How wide are the rims? I'd say stick to the 32" after having 33" for 34k miles, but most people prioritize the look of the larger tire.

 

Since you like the bigger 4x4 look, I would go with the larger sidewall tires.

 

I'd go with some 305/55x20's (33x12.50).

 

I personally think the 304's are too wide for my tastes......
maybe a 285?

 

Yokohama Geolander H/T-S G052 285/50/20. This tire rated excellent or superior in all areas & it's a pretty good deal at $125. If I ever get around to getting my 20's this is the tire I'm going with.

I have 285/50/20 Pathfinder Luxury Suv Tires! I had a choice between the Pathfinder, and the Goodyear. The salesman at Discount Tire wheeled them both out and put them side by side, and the tread pattern was much better on the Pathfinder than it was on the Goodyear!
