Will 285/70/17 BFG ko fit without leveling kit?

I just installed BFGs KO 285/70/17 and a 2 inch Auto Spring leveling kit with alignment on an 2005 4x4 Supercrew at a local shop... Pretty simple stuff, but I now have a rotational clicking sound. I had the tires rebalanced and checked for any signs of rubbing, but could not see anything. The sound seems to be metallic in nature... I took it back to the shop and they checked everything out and said they believe the noise is coming from the front axle. I have about 25000 miles on my truck and only about 500 with the new tires and leveling kit. Does anyone know of this problem? Could this noise be from the alignment not being done correctly by the shop? Any help would be great... I am considering removing the spacers all together, but wanted to know if the tires would fit with no rubbing.

I have the exact same problem. I got a new set of BFG's AT KO 265/70/17. I also had an aligment done at the same time. A couple days later, click, click, click. I thought I had a rock stuck in the tread, but I didn't and I still have not figured out what it is. It doesn't do it all the time and it is driving me nuts. It seems to be coming from the driver's side front tire only. Anyone got any ideas.

Mine is clicking in the drivers side the same way but I did the leveling kit, tires, & alignment 20K ago. I think that it may be the "vacuum control solenoid". It allows the vacuum to leak & partially engage the hubs.
