35s, gears, and gas?

I have a 2003 Supercrew 5.4 4x4 and I have a 3 inch body I'm about to put on. I'm planning on running 35s with it, but I don't know if I should regear to a 4.56 or not? What gas milage should I expect and will something like a superchips programer help by changing transmission shift points or should I just go with a 33.
Thanks

If you have the money regear to a 4:56, if I had the money I would. My truck isn't by any means nut-less or slow with the stock 3:73's but you notice the power loss when you change from the stockers to the 35's. As for gas millage I have never really calculated mine but it's a noticeable loss but not horrible. I had 33's on my truck and they were the same exact tread design as my 35's and the 35's look so much meaner and perform so much better off road it's unreal. I say go with the 35's!

I have 33" BFG AT's on my 2003 Screw and get 11-13mpg except for a handful of tanks in 34k miles. I feel performance (acceleration and braking) has suffered enough and will replace these tire with smaller ones. I personally wouldn't touch 35" tires w/o new gears. Obviously, many others have. Depends on your driving style.
