I just got mine and am running 44 psi. I do tow with they truck so I run them a little higher, but 50 psi rides to rough unloaded, 44 seemed a good compromise.

45-ish in the front, 48-ish in the rear. I have had no wear issues at 40 psi or the current higher pressures, but at 40psi the truck wandered like crazy (and it got worse as the tires aged).

I am on my second set of AT-ko's also 285/75-16's. The first set were on the truck when I bought it in 2002 (it is a 99) and had up to 70K miles on them. I say up to as I don't know how long they were on the truck. I put the new ones on at 96K miles a few weeks ago. The new set of tires cured the added wander.
