285/70r17 Fit Perfectly

I just put a set of BFG M/T'S on my truck (285/70R17). They look and fit great. i just put some photos in my gallery of the tires as well as some other recent mods. **check them out**
I would also like to thank everyone for their input on my tire and size selection.
I am gonna drive my rig for a while and i will get back to everyone on my MPG difference since gas prices are on the rise.
So far it doesnt seem to be sluggish with the 3:55 gears, but a also never really drove with my foot in it.
thank for the help everyone.

Looks sweet Rob, the size is exactly what I want. I don't think I will go with such a off road tire as I drive mainly onroad, but definetely that size. Again looks awesome.

I'm gonna get the BFG A/T ko's whenever my stock ones wear out. I go off road every now and then (hunting, fishing) but don't go in the deep mud much. The KO's are running about $190 per tire around Denver, what did those set you back, much road noise? You have a leveling kit on it?
Looks Sweet!

Looks good.
I also have the 285/70/17's. Mine are the AT's though. Great tire. I also have the 3.55's and didn't really noticed MUCH of a drop in gas mileage or power. I had these tires before I put the lift on, and never had a rubbing problem. Had them on my 02 Supercrew also.

i went muddin today and the traction was awsome and they cleaned out very well. i bought them from the tire rack for about $850. i dont have a leveling kit and i did not adjust the torsion bars. the dont rub and have about half an inch to an inch clearance when turning and they dont rub when bouncing. there is some road noise but it isnt very loud. i was expecting worse from a mud tire. the noise may get worse as they wear but im gonn keep up on the alignments and rotations and balancing.
