I am installing a 3in Body Lift on my 02 F150 Reg Cab 4x2. I need new tires but want to know the largest tire that can fit on the stick 16in Rim. I have heard 265/75/16 and 285/75/16. But I just want to try and get the most out of the stock rim and lift without rubbing.

 

265's fit on a 4x2 stock (thats about the biggest you can go).
With the BL, you should be able to fit a 285/75R16 or a 305/70R16.

 

There is no limit to the size of the tire that will fit that rim. You'll run outta of room under the truck before you run out of tire choices
