4.5" offset

Can someone tell me what this means? I'm looking at a set of wheels on ebay for my F150 FX4 Supercrew. The 5-135 bolt pattern fits, but I'm not sure about this offset. I'm buying LT305/70R16 Nitto tires and I don't want them to stick out past the fender flares. Flush is the look I'm looking for. Will this 4.5" offset give me that look? I'll try to attach the wheel picture.

THey have 4.5 inches of backspacing, not offset. Your OEM wheels have 4.5 inches of backspacing also. How wide are they?

Below is the full description:

You are bidding on one set of four brand new Chrome American Racing Chrome Nitro's 16x8" with a 5x135 bolt pattern 4.5" backspacing. The American Racing part number is 6476835. These are killer looking wheels at an unbelievable price. These are first run wheels and NOT blems. The wheels have a lifetime structural warranty and a two year chrome warranty. They are not cheap steel wheels, they are chrome plated alloy wheels!

They are only gonna stick out 1/2 inch farther than your OEM 17x7.5 inch wheels. They won't be flush, they will be tucked. A set of 10 inch wide wheels with 4.5 inches of backspacing will put the edge of the tire/wheel about even with the edge of the fender flares.
