Will 35s with 10in wide rims fit?
I have an 03 FX4 and a 3in PA body lift and I was wondering if i adjusted the t-bars could I fit a 35in tire with a 10in wide rim and it not rub.

Yes, they will fit but you will have some minor rubbing. However, that is part of running large tires.
