With 37's, I'd go with 4.56's or 4.88 gears.

If your truck is at 1900rpm now at 65mph, change to 37" tires and 4.56 gears and you'll be around 2100 rpm at 65mph, not 5000rpm. What size tires do you have now?

With the size and weight difference of the 37's, I'd go with 4.88's.

How are you going to clear 37s? . . just curious!

Anyways, like everyone said go with 4.56s or 4.88s.

thx for all the input ...

im putting gears on next week

I don't understand the need or the worry for the gear replacements. Besides the shop wanting to sell more stuff, is this really necessary? I have no lack of power in my truck, in fact it's way faster then stock and it's lifted 8" with 35's and if I even got my freekin Toyo's it will have 37x13.5's. There is one difference though, the rims are not 20's they are 17's and they are light wieght forged aluminum. To regain power I added headers, intake, exhaust, real/true dual exhausts with X pipe and a Predator tuner.
