I need help...asap...

I need to know for sure one way or another if I can fit 295/70/R17 Nitto Terra Grapplers on my 2005 STX 4X4 Ext. Cab truck? I will be using the stock 17" wheel, and the truck has not been lifted or leveled. Will the tires fit, or will they rub?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would suggest Torquing your torsion bars. They will definatly rub with out doing that. If you torque them, then you will probaly be pretty well off. Just my guess. I have 285/70/17's on mine and they fit with no problem after the torsion bar torque.

i do believe you are going to need to level the truck out, with a 2005 you dont have torsion bars so you have to buy a leveling kit. You might be able to run them okay with a little rubbing until you get the leveling kit if you absolutely have to have the tires put on now....Those should look great on there though!!

I agree. I believe they will fit completely stock. They will fit easily with a 2.5 inch leveling kit.
