lug size question

I just bought new rims for my 99, and the lug nuts that came with the wheels are for a 2000. I didn't realize until i got them that the lug size changed in 2000. Does anyone know what size lug nuts go on my 99. Thanks.

12mm lug nuts. I purchased 03 wheels and used Lightning 12mm lugnuts for my 99 Expedition.
