I had a set of 315/75R16 toyo open country AT's on my old truck. They lasted 35k when I sold the truck and there was still 50% more tread left on them. Great tire, in my opinion. Cant go wrong with Mickey Thompson though. They've been around forever.

I have a set of ProComp 6001 with **** Cepek (M/T) FC-II. the tires are 35X13.5 18's. I run a 4.5 inch suspension lift. I am VERY satisfied with mine. Although I only have about 2K miles on this setup. I purchased through
4wheelparts.com I was treated GREAT! The tires and wheels were @ my home in four days. I do not know why senior member SOCAL858 made the "F" comment. My experience was effortless. I did however pay cash... he did elude to "financing" in his response. My rims are HIGH chrome and the tires are quiet with a agressive tread pattern(the picture on 4wheelparts.com does not do these 35X13.5's justice)and I drive highway and NC beaches(Deep Sand)... I have a friend with 35" Toyo's and they have over 30K miles and show little wear. I think the PC6079(They resemble the Orignial M/T rim w/ large holes) I had a set of American Racing wheels like those on my 97 F150 w/ BFG A/T 31X11.5 16's. I think will look awesome on your ride. What kind of suspension did you go with? BoB

Mine below have over 60,000 miles and plenty more miles to go.

Now see what owners have to say after 31 MILLION miles on them.

Go with a BF Goodrich att terrain ta k/o tire, I always hear good about it or the Toyo open country a/t's. I've always had Goodyear wrangler AT/S as stock and they've been excellent all around. The Michelin LTX M/S are primo tires though, not too beefy but durable and long lasting, plus good in the rain and snow/ice. My choice is the Goodyear wrangler MTR next, that'll be really beefy.

All these tires are great...just look them up and buy what is in your price range...

Look at the Bridgestone Duelers, anything Mickey Thompson, pay special attention BFG AT and MT, just about anything that's going to last a while and have little road noise.

Good luck..._motes

I agree as well... You have narrowed down your choices to an excellent few. Now all you need to do is get the best deal you can. Check around... It's amazing how prices can vary for the same product between different retail stores. I was able to save over 450.00 dollars by combining rims and tires and my suspension as a package deal... 4Wheelparts.com is where I ordered from and my "ToyZ" arrived within four days... BoB
