nitto mud grappler tire pressure

i just emailed nitto about what pressure they recomend running at for my tires and u wone t believe what they said.......

the said the correct pressure for 37x13.50 17 for my vehical is 28-29psi i have been running at 55psi. 28-29sounds low doesnt it for a tire with the max pressure of 65psi?

now i am really confused on what to run.

I've always found 40 psi as a good starting point.

Sounds like they are trying to kill you, especially if you do highway driving. At the 28 to 29, that tire is supporting less than half it's max. It sounds with max 65 that it is a Load range D or maybe E. I would run around 45 myself.
