New wheels, do I need new lugs?

I have an 04 Lariat 4x4 and just bought some 20s (Black Rhino Keros).

Will I need new lugs for these wheels, or can I use the stock lugs?

Also, what do I need to know about buying locks?

You will want new lugs so they match. Some "installation kits" sold with wheels will include a set of locks. My 22" Eagles did.
