My turn..."Hey Wandell" :-)

My 295/70/R17's came in today, and tomorrow morning I'm taking them to be installed on my all stock(suspension) f-150(4x4). Are you still sure they will fit?

I'll post some pic's after I get back from the install, and after I wash, and Ice detail the ride.

Thanks for the post, I have faith they will fit just fine and fill out the wheel wells nicely. I'll get some pic's tomorrow afternoon after I do all the clean up and hoopla, and let you know how I like them.

They do fit Wandell! It even looks like a 305 would maybe go in there without rubbing. But I haven't got out and looked at the clearence at full turn.

I'll clean it up today and get some pic's for tonight. Thanks for all the help and advice....I love the look of the truck now.

Ok Wandell, I put up a couple pictures in my gallery. You can check them out....I think they look great. Compared to my buddies Avalanche with 35's my tires are less then a inch shorter.

Defintely a huge improvement in looks over the tires that were on it. Thanks again.

Your truck looks great.

Were almost twins, except you have the FX4. Nitto 295/70R17 mounted on stock XLT wheels.

BTW where in WV are you? I have family in Charleston, Harpers Ferry area and I attended WVU in Morgantown.

I'm almost in the dead center of WV. I live 40 miles north of Charleston off I-79. And I'm probaly 100 miles south of Morgantown off I-79.

BTW Ox, with the 2.5" kit installed have you thought about going up a size on the tires the next time. Possibly running a 305 or 315?

Hey, my grandma lives kinda in that area. You get off at the Big Otter exit and drive west to a small town called Chloe.

Yea, I thought about running a 35. Was considering buying the BFgood All Terrain T/A in 315/70R17. Fairly sure they would have fit. However I am running 3.55 gears and I didnt want to lose too much low end torque or gas milage.

What a small world. LOL.

Very small. Yep, I'm very familiar with that area. Granny has a farm at the end of White Oak. I used to go up there and stay with her during the hunting season.

I know exactly where you are talking about. I have hunted several spots on White Oak and Beech. I bet I live 3 miles or so from White Oak, and just across the hill from your grandma's farm.

Coming home from Beech I have seen a lot of big bucks in that field around your grandma's farm....some real bruiser's for sure.

Maybe if your down this way sometime or another I'll see you around and we can talk F-150's.
