Brake Dust Covers: Good or Bad?????

Hey all,

I am thinking about getting a set of these so that I won't have to constantly cleasn my wheels like ever other day! Both of these are vented to prevent heat build up. Anyway, I was wondering if the are any cons to these. Here are the 2 sites I was looking at. Please post your comments as I would appreciate what you all think!

I think you would be better off to install a set of ceramic brake pads.

What do ceramic pads cost (on average) Also, what's a good brand to go with? Thanks!

I think I paid about $60 for a set of Bendix pads from Advance Auto.
