Weird squeak noise coming from driver side front tire
I recently went on a camping trip that had about a 5 hour drive, the drive was really hot and the roads were pretty dusty and bumpy. When I got to the camp ground everything worked perfectly fine until the day I was leaving. I got out on the highway and I was driving for about 2 minutes when I looked down to check my speed and I had absolutely no power in the dash. My speedometer was at 0, my cruise control would not work and no lights would come on. About halfway home, driving not knowing how fast I was going, it kicked back in and everything started to work perfectly fine but since then, whenever I steer, go over any kind of bump or touch my front left tire, it makes a really weird squeak sound like its under alot of stress, I thought maybe because it was dusty and dry but the sound has gotten more severe and frequent since the trip. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Check fuses, check alternator, and check to see if it looks like your wheel went up all the way into ur wheelwell and impacted something. (although I think there's some sort of device to stop this from happening). The electronics thing sounds a lot like alternator going out, or possibly a loose fuse... Also, clean under the truck--get everything super clen w/ no dirt, and utilize a grese gun on all points. Also, check to see if ur lugs are all tight, and if all this doesn't help (and if nobody else has any ideas), take it to the staelership. Your axle or other part of the drivetrain may have a problem. (My Dad's F-250 had some work done to it, and when all was said and done, the back axle had a horrendous groaning and screaching sound. When we took it to FMC, they told us the back axle had not been all the way put on, and was literally about to fall off. So get the problem fixed is my advoce to you. Soon.
Good luck. Hope everything turns out alright.
